Open Bookings → Pending.
Click the request.
Review guest info: name, dates, room, any message.

Pick a reason — dates aren't actually free, group not a fit, etc.
Optionally add a personal note.
Confirm. No charge happens.
Counter-offer
If you want them on different dates, message via the booking thread and propose. They can re-request.
Tips
Declining is OK — but a high decline rate hurts ranking. Decline only when you'd genuinely refuse the booking.
