Pick a published retreat and Finding Retreats writes a post for X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook from the details already in your listing. Each post carries its own tracked link, so you can see which ones bring guests to your page.
Posts are trimmed to the platform limit before you see them, so nothing is cut off when you paste.
Only listings you own and have published appear. Open Social marketing in your dashboard and choose the retreat you want to promote.
Tick any of X, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Choose a post type (announcement, feature highlight, guest testimonial, seasonal promotion, last-minute deal or early-bird offer) and an opening style (question, key benefit, urgency, curiosity, stat or guest quote). You can also pick one image to go with the post.
Posts are built from your listing’s own fields — title, description, tagline, location, price, duration, highlights, category and images — and kept within each platform’s length limit. They are assembled from templates, so there is no waiting.
Copy the post, paste it into your own account on that platform, and mark it copied or posted so your history stays accurate. You can delete posts from history at any time.
Each generated post includes a short link that is unique to that post. Anyone who clicks it lands on your retreat listing, and the click is recorded against the post. Your dashboard shows:
The analytics view adds a summary across all your posts: totals, average clicks per post, clicks by platform and your top performing posts. Because the link is the only thing measured, the numbers are the same whichever platform you pasted into.
Social marketing guides in the host learning centreFinding Retreats writes the post and gives you the link. You copy it, paste it into your own X, Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook account, edit it if you like, and publish it yourself. Finding Retreats never logs in to your social accounts. Mark each post as copied or posted in your dashboard and the history list keeps a record of what went out and when.
Listing is free and takes about 10 minutes. The social marketing tool is ready as soon as your first retreat is published.
