Invite the people who help you run your retreat, a co-host, an assistant, a booking manager, and give each of them their own login to bookings, messages and your calendar. Your listings, payouts and business settings stay yours.
Most hosts start by forwarding emails or handing over a login. Both break the moment you are busy.
Response speed and response rate are part of how listings rank on Finding Retreats. A co-host who can answer while you are teaching keeps that number healthy.
Everyone on your team works from the same bookings and message threads, so nothing is answered twice or missed because it sat in someone’s personal email.
Each person signs in with their own email. When they leave, you remove them and access ends immediately. Your password never changes hands.
Response speed is part of the Host Engagement pillar in our ranking. See how ranking works.
Managers and Staff work with guests and bookings. Only the owner touches listings, money and settings.

The owner is the person who created the host account. There is always exactly one.
About two minutes, and nothing for them to set up.
In your host dashboard, go to Team access. You will see everyone who currently has access and their role.
Click Invite a team member, enter their email address and choose Manager or Staff. Click Send invite.
They receive an email from Finding Retreats with a secure sign-in link. One click and they are in. No password to set up, no account to create first.
Switch someone from Staff to Manager, or remove them, from the same page. Removal takes effect straight away.
A simple rule: Manager if they may need to bring in help, Staff if they only need to work with guests.
Runs the retreat with you and may need to bring in their own assistant.
Handles enquiries and bookings day to day, and may onboard extra help in busy seasons.
Needs to see who is arriving and answer guest questions, nothing more.
Can reply to guests and check the calendar without touching settings.
Whatever role you give someone, these stay with the account owner. We publish the list so you can invite help with confidence.
No. Team access is included with every Finding Retreats host account at no cost. Listing is free and our commission stays a flat 10% on retreats, whether one person or five manage your bookings.
Both roles can see and work with bookings, booking requests, guest messages, the calendar and the sales overview. A Manager can also invite new team members, change their roles and remove them. Staff cannot manage the team. Neither role can edit listings or see payouts, bank details or business settings; those stay with the account owner.
No. Only the account owner can create or edit listings, including pricing, dates and photos. Co-hosts and staff work with bookings and guests, not with the listing itself.
They can see the sales overview, which shows bookings and revenue, because they need it to manage bookings well. They cannot see payouts, your bank details or tax information.
No. Enter their email and we send a secure sign-in link. If they do not have an account yet, one is created for them when they click the link. If they already have one, the same link signs them in and adds them to your team.
Not with the email they use for their own host account. When a host signs in, they always land in their own account. Invite them with a different email address instead.
The Team section on a listing is public: it shows guests the teachers, facilitators and practitioners running the retreat. Team access is private: it controls who can sign in and manage your bookings and messages. A person can be on both, or on just one.
Open Team access, find the person and click Remove. Their access ends immediately. Managers and the account owner can remove anyone; a team member can also remove themselves.
Similar idea, simpler roles. Airbnb has full-access and limited-access co-hosts. On Finding Retreats a Manager is closest to a co-host who can also manage the team, and Staff is closest to a limited-access co-host. In both cases the listing itself stays with the owner.
Free to list, flat 10% commission only when you get booked, and team access included from day one.
