Paste your existing listing URL and Finding Retreats carries over photos, description, dates, rooms, pricing and inclusions into a draft. You review, adjust and publish. No rebuilding from scratch, and no need to delist anywhere else.
How the import works

Paste your BookYogaRetreats URL
Copy the address of your retreat on bookyogaretreats.com and paste it into the import step of host onboarding. Only BookYogaRetreats (Tripaneer) URLs are accepted today.

Watch the import run
Progress streams live: fetching the page, extracting the details, migrating photos, saving the draft. You can cancel at any point. An import takes up to about five minutes.

Review each section
The listing lands as a draft in your dashboard and the wizard opens at the accommodations step. Check every section, fix anything the import missed and publish when you are ready.
What comes across
The importer reads the public listing page and maps each part to the matching field in your Finding Retreats listing.

Rooms and per-room pricing are kept
Retreat pricing usually differs by room, so the importer does not flatten your listing to one price. Room types and their prices are created as accommodations, rooms and pricing groups, the same structure you would build by hand.

- Per-room pricing is created as a pricing group on that room
- You review rooms first, so capacity and prices are right before anything goes live

Questions hosts ask
BookYogaRetreats (Tripaneer) only. The importer accepts a bookyogaretreats.com URL and nothing else. If your retreat is listed somewhere else, you build it in the listing wizard instead, which takes about 10 minutes.
