Instant Book lets a guest book and pay for a room straight away, with no approval step. On Finding Retreats it is set per room, not per retreat, so you can mix instant and on-request rooms on the same listing.
Set it per room
Open
in your dashboard and open the property.
Add a room, or edit an existing one.
In the room’s pricing, choose
Instant
or
On request
. New rooms default to Instant.
Save the room.
What guests see
If every room a guest selects is on Instant, they book and pay immediately and the booking appears in your Sales list as confirmed. If any selected room is on request, the whole booking goes through as a booking request and you have 48 hours to respond.
When to use each
Instant — the room is genuinely open and guest fit is broad.
On request — you vet guests, or the room is tight on inventory and you want to confirm before anyone pays.
