Rooms are what guests actually book. Each room has its own type, occupancy, photos and nightly price, so a dorm bed and a private double on the same retreat are simply two rooms with two prices.
Add a room
Open property and click Create Room, under the property the room belongs to.
On the Details tab, enter the room name and description, choose the room type, set Sharing to private or shared, and set the Maximum Occupancy — the most guests the room can hold.
Still on the Details tab, under Pricing, name the pricing plan and choose what the price is for Each person or The whole room or villa
Under Availability, add a date range for each period and set a nightly price for each.
Click Next, and on the Photos tab upload photos of the room and give each one alt text.
On the Booking Settings tab, choose Instantly Bookable or Available on Request, and use Active Status to show or hide the room from guests.
Click Create Room to save it.
Pricing and Availability sit on the Details tab with the rest of the room, so what a room is and what it costs are set in one place. The three tabs are Details, Photos and Booking Settings. See Set room photos, capacity and per-room pricing for how the price is applied.
The six room types
Single — one guest.
Double — two guests in one bed.
Twin — two guests in two beds.
Triple — three guests.
Quadruple — four guests.
Dorm — several guests in one room.
Every type can be marked private or shared, so guests know whether the room is theirs alone or shared with other guests.
Duplicate a room
When a property has several rooms with the same setup, build one and click Duplicate on it. The copy keeps the type, occupancy and pricing, so you only change the name and the photos.
Property
Availability is tracked for each room on each retreat date. A sold-out dorm does not close your private rooms, and guests only see the room types that still have space.
