Photos
At least 3 photos per room. Aim for 6–8.
Show the bed, the bathroom (if en-suite) and the view.
Add alt text — it improves accessibility and search ranking.
Capacity
Max guests: the absolute maximum the room sleeps.
Bed configuration: how many beds, what type (king/queen/twin/bunk).
Single supplement: optional — lets a guest book the room alone at a premium.
Pricing
Base price: per night or per retreat — choose what makes sense for your booking model.
Currency: use the currency you want to be paid in.
Pricing groups: optional, lets you charge more in peak weeks.
Tips
If you sell shared rooms by the bed, set the price per bed — not per room.
