The listing editor walks you through every section of a new retreat listing, one at a time. Your work saves automatically as you go, so you can stop and come back at any point.
What you'll need
At least four photos of the retreat and its setting.
Your retreat description, itinerary, inclusions and dates.
The property guests will stay in, or the details to create one.
The cancellation policy and deposit terms you want to offer.
Start your listing
Open
and click the
+
button (or
Create New Listing
if you have none yet).
Choose how to start:

Duplicate an existing listing
(only shown once you have one), or
Create from scratch
.
Work through the sections
Creating from scratch opens the editor with these sections in order. Each one unlocks when the section before it is complete.
Intro
— the retreat name, header, introduction and highlights.
Property
— link one of your properties or create a new one, and set check-in and check-out times.
Retreat Type
— fixed sessions or flexible date ranges, plus minimum stay and participant numbers.
Location
— country, city, address and a description of the area.
Requirements
— languages, skill levels, age limits and your children policy.
Itinerary
— what makes the retreat special, a sample daily schedule, and your hosts and instructors.
Food & Drinks
— meals, food types and drinks.
Extras
— extra activities, spa treatments and know-before-you-go notes.
Inclusions
— what's included, what's not, and any gifts or availability notes.
Booking Conditions
— deposit percentage, when the remaining payment is due, and your cancellation policy.
How to Get There
— directions and transfer information for guests.
Photos
— upload, reorder, and add alt text and an optional video.
SEO
— the search title, description and keywords.
Submit for review
When every section is complete, Submit for Review appears. It runs an automated check on the listing. If it passes, the listing is published straight away and you get an email and an in-app notification. If something needs a second look, it is flagged and our team reviews it. If a required check fails, it is rejected, and View Details on your Listings page shows each issue with a Fix it link to the right section.
Tips
Use Save Draft whenever you want to stop; nothing is visible to guests until you submit and the listing is published.
Once a listing is live you can keep editing it. Guests keep seeing the live version until you submit your changes and they pass the same check.
A complete listing with strong photos and a clear schedule ranks much higher than a thin one.
