A property is the property your guests stay in. It holds the name, category, description, facilities and photos of the place itself. The rooms inside it hold the capacity and the prices, so a property is always the first thing you create and the rooms come next.
Open your property
Go to Property in your host dashboard. Each property is listed with its rooms underneath, so you can see the whole property at a glance.
Adding a property
Click "Add Property"
Give it a name and pick a category
Categories are grouped into
Entire Unit — villa, house, apartment, cottage, bungalow and similar — and
Multiple Rooms — hotel, hostel, guesthouse, lodge, resort, retreat centre and similar. The group you pick from decides whether the property is treated as one whole unit or as a place with separate rooms.
Write the description — what the property is like, where it sits, what the setting feels like.
Tick the facilities the property offers. These appear on the retreat listing.
Add photos of the exterior and the shared spaces. At least one is required.
Open the Publish section once the name, category, facilities and photos are all in place.
Edit a property
Open the property and use the section tabs — Details, Description, Facilities, Photos, Publish. Each section saves on its own, so you can correct one thing without touching the rest.
Then add your rooms
Nothing is bookable until the property has at least one room. Rooms carry the nightly price, the occupancy and their own photos.
