Per-room pricing
Common for retreats where the room is the unit. Guests book "Garden Studio" for the week at $X — regardless of solo or couple.
Per-person pricing
Common for shared accommodations or fixed cohorts. Guests pay $X each; the room they get is allocated by you.
Set the base price
Open the listing editor → Pricing.
Pick per-room or per-person.
Enter the base price in your currency.
Optionally enable pricing groups (seasonal) or discounts (early-bird, group).
Save.
