Running a retreat or wellness business rarely stays a one-person job for long. The two are not the same thing. Adding someone to your team roster puts their name, photo, and bio on your listings so guests know who is leading a session or class. Inviting someone to team access gives them an actual login to your dashboard, with permissions scoped to what they are allowed to see and do there.
