Finding Retreats has two different features that both get called "team," and it helps to know which one you need before you start.
The Team page is a roster of the people who actually run your sessions: instructors, co-hosts, or other staff who guests will meet. Entries here show up on your listings, not in your dashboard's login system. The Team access page is different. It controls who can log in and help you manage bookings and messages from the dashboard itself.
From the Team page, click Add Team Member. You will fill in:
None of this gives the person a login. It is purely the profile guests see when they book a session with that instructor or host.
If you want someone to actually log in and help run the account, go to Team access instead. Click Invite, enter their email address, and choose a role. Only the account owner can invite a manager; owners and managers can both invite staff.
An invited member shows as "invited" until they accept, then moves to "active."
To remove an instructor's public profile, edit or delete their entry from the Team page. To revoke someone's dashboard access, go to Team access and remove them from the list there. These are separate actions: removing dashboard access does not delete their listing profile, and removing a roster entry does not affect any login they may have.
For more detail on inviting people to your dashboard and removing them later, see the help-centre articles "Add team members" and "Remove a team member."
