List what's included and what's not

Meals, transfers, sessions and add-ons — the inclusion list that prevents disputes.

A precise inclusions list prevents 80% of arrival-day disputes. Be explicit about both sides — what guests get and what they pay extra for.

Common inclusions

  • Accommodation for X nights.

  • Y meals per day (specify diet, e.g. vegetarian, vegan, sattvic).

  • Daily sessions (count + duration).

  • Use of facilities (pool, sauna, etc.).

  • On-site Wi-Fi (or note absence).

Common exclusions to call out

  • Airport transfers (state cost if available as add-on).

  • Alcohol.

  • Optional excursions or private sessions.

  • Single supplement.

  • Travel insurance.

  • Gratuities.

Tips

  • If a guest could reasonably assume something is included and it isn't, list it under exclusions. Examples: airport transfers, snacks between meals, mats.
