Strong SEO on your listing helps it appear in Google and Finding Retreats internal search. You'll find the SEO panel in every listing editor.
Open the SEO panel
Open the listing editor.
Click the
SEO
tab in the side panel.
Three fields that matter
- Title tag
— the headline shown in Google results. 50–60 characters. Include destination + retreat type.
- Meta description
— the snippet under the title in Google. 140–160 characters. Sell the retreat in a sentence.
- Keywords
— internal — comma-separated keywords your listing should rank for in our search.
Quality score
Each listing has an SEO quality score (0–100) shown at the top of the panel. It checks for things like duplicate titles, missing alt text, weak descriptions and stale content. Aim for 80+.
Tips
Don't copy a competitor's title — uniqueness improves ranking.
Update the listing every 60 days even if nothing major changes — fresh edits boost ranking.
