The daily schedule is one of the most-read sections of a listing. It tells guests whether the retreat matches their energy.
Format that works
Lay out a typical day from wake to lights-out, with times. Use a list, not a paragraph.
Example
6:30 — Wake bell, optional silent walk.
7:00 — Yoga (90 min).
8:30 — Breakfast.
10:00 — Workshop or session (varies by day).
12:30 — Lunch.
14:00 — Free time (beach, nap, journalling).
16:00 — Afternoon session.
18:30 — Dinner.
20:00 — Evening circle or meditation.
21:30 — Lights-out.
Variations
If days vary significantly, list two or three day templates: Day 1 (arrival), Mid-week, Closing day.
Tips
Honest pace > impressive pace. Guests would rather see a 6-hour active day than a 14-hour one they can't sustain.
