Flexible
Guest can cancel up to 14 days before arrival for full refund. Use when: short retreats, low-cost bookings, or when you can easily refill cancelled spots.
Moderate
Guest can cancel up to 30 days for full refund, 50% after. Use when: medium-priced retreats with moderate planning effort.
Strict
Guest can cancel up to 60 days for full refund, 50% within 60 days, none within 30. Use when: high-ticket retreats, planning-heavy programmes, expensive venue commitments.
Switching policies
You can change your policy anytime. The policy in force for any booking is the one when the guest confirmed — not when they cancel.
