When a guest cancels, we calculate the refund per your policy and process it automatically. Here's the flow.
What happens
Guest hits Cancel in their dashboard.
We show them the refund amount (based on your policy and timing).
They confirm.
We notify you in your dashboard and by email.
Refund goes back to their card within 5–10 business days.
The booking moves to Cancelled status.
What you keep
The amount the guest doesn't get back is paid out to you per your normal payout schedule. Cancelled-booking earnings show as a separate line in payouts.
