Every retreat listing carries one of four preset cancellation policies. You pick it in the Booking conditions section of the listing editor, and guests see it on the listing page before they book.
The four policies
Days are counted before the retreat start date. The percentage is the share of the deposit refunded.
Relaxed — full refund 7+ days before the start, 50% at 2–6 days, none at 0–1 days.
Flexible (default) — full refund 14+ days before, 50% at 7–13 days, none at 0–6 days.
Moderate — full refund 30+ days before, 50% at 14–29 days, none at 0–13 days.
Strict — full refund 60+ days before, 50% at 30–59 days, none at 0–29 days.
