iCal sync is reliable but not real-time. Here's the refresh schedule and how to fix common issues.
How often we sync
We pull each iCal feed every 3 hours. You can manually trigger a sync from the calendar settings.
Common issues
- Stale dates
— manually trigger a sync.
- Sync error
— the other platform changed its iCal URL. Update it.
- Missing bookings
— some platforms strip booking details from their iCal. We block the dates but won't show guest names.
- Double-booked
— usually happens during the 3-hour sync window. Reduce risk by using iCal both ways.
