Handle a room-change request
Open Bookings → Modifications.
Click the pending room-change request.
Review: old room, new room, price delta.
Approve, decline, or propose an alternative.
If approved, pricing recalculates automatically.
Tips
If the new room costs more, the guest is charged the difference. If less, refund applies per cancellation policy.
