Three sections of your listing editor work together to answer the questions a guest actually asks before booking: what happens each day, what's included in the price, and what else is available once they're there.
This field, in the Itinerary section, is where most hosts describe the day-to-day shape of the retreat — the daily rhythm, the highlights, and anything that sets this specific retreat apart from a generic description of the activity. It supports free-form text, so you can structure it as a day-by-day breakdown or as a narrative description, whichever fits how your retreat actually runs.
If your listing was imported from Book Yoga Retreats, this field carries across from the source listing's equivalent content, and its text may have been rewritten as part of making the listing original rather than a duplicate — the facts about your schedule stay the same either way.
The Inclusions section covers two lists: What's Included and What's Not Included. Guests use this to understand exactly what their booking price covers before they arrive, so being specific here does more to prevent a confused or disappointed guest than almost anything else on your listing. There's also an Exclusive Gifts field for anything special guests receive as part of booking, separate from the standard inclusions list.
Being precise matters more than being exhaustive. "Airport transfer, all meals, daily yoga" is more useful to a guest deciding whether to book than a paragraph that mentions the same things in passing.
The Extras section covers what's available beyond the core retreat: extra activities, spa treatments, and a "know before you go" field for practical guidance. It also has a Things to Do list, with an optional note field, for nearby activities and attractions a guest might want to plan around, whether or not they're part of the retreat itself.
This section is a natural place to mention anything optional or paid separately, since it's kept apart from the What's Included list, where guests expect everything mentioned to already be covered by the price.
Because these are three separate sections, it's easy for something to end up duplicated or contradicted between them — an activity listed as included in one place and as an optional extra in another. Worth a quick read-through of all three together before publishing, rather than filling each one in isolation.
