Acceptable
Browsing, searching, booking and listing per the Terms of Service.
Personal use of your account.
Business use as a vendor under our vendor terms.
Not acceptable
Scraping the site or copying content without permission.
Creating multiple accounts to evade rules, ratings, or refunds.
Attempting to defraud guests, hosts, or Finding Retreats.
Using Finding Retreats to host illegal activity.
Reverse-engineering, attacking, or otherwise compromising platform security.
Consequences
Violations result in suspension or permanent removal. Some violations are referred to authorities.
