What we expect
Honest listings — accurate descriptions, photos and pricing.
Respectful communication.
Reliable behaviour — guests honour bookings, hosts deliver what they listed.
Constructive reviews based on actual experience.
What we don't accept
Discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or age.
Harassment, threats or abusive communication.
Fraud — fake listings, fake reviews, payment manipulation.
Safety violations — willful disregard for guest safety.
Illegal activity on Finding Retreats or related to a booking.
Enforcement
We investigate every reported violation. Consequences range from warnings to permanent removal. Egregious violations result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
