Payouts can fail. The fix depends on why.
Common causes
Wrong bank details — IBAN, SWIFT, or account number typo.
Closed account — your bank account closed without our records updating.
Receiving bank rejected — some banks block incoming transfers; rare but happens.
Compliance hold — high-value payouts sometimes trigger manual review.
What to do
Open Payouts → Failed.
See the failure reason.
Update payout details if needed.
Click Retry payout.
If it fails again, contact support — usually a quick fix.
