Common causes
- Wrong bank details
— IBAN, SWIFT, or account number typo.
- Closed account
— your bank account closed without our records updating.
- Receiving bank rejected
— some banks block incoming transfers; rare but happens.
- Compliance hold
— high-value payouts sometimes trigger manual review.
What to do
Open Payouts → Failed.
See the failure reason.
Update payout details if needed.
