Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Timing depends on your bank and the size of the refund.
Typical timeline
Card refunds — 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Apple Pay / Google Pay — same timeline as the underlying card.
Bank transfer refunds — 3–7 business days.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after the free-cancellation window, the refund is calculated per the listing's cancellation policy. Check the policy on your booking before cancelling.
If a refund hasn't appeared
Most "missing" refunds are just slow bank processing. If 10+ business days have passed, contact support with your booking reference and we'll trace it.
