Choose to cancel the booking.
Enter a reason (at least 10 characters).
Check the refund percentage and estimated amount shown for today.
Confirm the cancellation.
How the refund is worked out
The retreat’s cancellation policy sets three windows — full refund, 50% refund and no refund — counted in days before the retreat starts. The percentage applies to the deposit you paid. Wellness services and experiences use a 24-hour rule instead.
Once you confirm, the booking is cancelled and cannot be reinstated, so check the amount first.
