A date-based cohort is a fixed-date version of your retreat. Each cohort has its own capacity, pricing and bookings.
Add a cohort
Open the retreat listing → Dates.
Click
Add cohort
.
Set start and end dates.
Set capacity per room (or total if per-person).
Optionally override pricing for this cohort.
Save.
Edit or close a cohort
Open the cohort to change dates, capacity or pricing. To close it to new bookings without cancelling existing ones, mark it Sold out.
