Every retreat picks a cancellation policy. Three preset policies cover most cases. The policy in force is the one shown on your booking at the time you confirmed.
Flexible
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel within 14 days — no refund of the room cost, but service fees refund.
Moderate
Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Within 30 days — 50% refund. Within 7 days — no refund of room cost.
Strict
Cancel up to 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Within 60 days — 50% refund. Within 30 days — no refund of room cost.
