Cancel a booking as a host

The last-resort flow when you need to cancel a confirmed booking.

Host-initiated cancellations are a last resort. They have ranking consequences. Use them only when you genuinely can't honour the booking.

Cancel a booking

  1. Open Bookings.

  2. Click the booking.

  3. Click

    Cancel booking

  4. Pick a reason. Reasons vary by impact — see the next article.

  5. Confirm.

What the guest gets

Full refund of everything they paid. Finding Retreats helps them find an alternative retreat.

Tips

  • Always try to find an alternative for the guest first — a different cohort, a different room. Cancellation is the worst outcome for both sides.
