Your calendar lives at Dashboard > Calendar, and it's a single continuous view you scroll through month by month rather than separate month, week, and day tabs. Everything tied to your account — retreats, wellness services, and experiences — shows up on the same timeline.
Each day on the calendar can carry more than one kind of entry. The legend at the bottom breaks it into three colors:
Behind that legend, the calendar tracks several underlying types of entries: retreat sessions, wellness service bookings, experience bookings, ticket bookings, accommodation bookings, events synced in from an external calendar, and dates you've manually blocked yourself. Clicking any entry opens a detail sidebar on the right with the specifics — who booked, what listing, and the dates involved.
Use a block when a room, venue, or your own schedule won't be available, independent of whether anything is already booked. Clicking an open date on the calendar opens a "Block capacity" window where you:
Once saved, the blocked range shows up in orange on the calendar. Clicking it again opens the same detail sidebar, where you can remove the block if your plans change.
Calendar permissions follow your team role. Owners and managers can block dates and see the full detail sidebar. Staff members get a view-only calendar — the block controls simply aren't shown, so there's no risk of a staff member accidentally closing out availability.
Syncing an external calendar works a little differently: because the iCal feed URL is tied to the host account rather than whichever teammate happens to be signed in, only the account owner can manage calendar link settings. Managers and staff won't see that option at all.
