Most issues at a retreat are resolvable on the spot. Here's the order of operations.
1. Talk to your host first
They're there to make your stay good. Most things — room temperature, food, schedule confusion — they can fix immediately if you tell them.
2. Message via Finding Retreats
If the host can't resolve it or you're not comfortable raising it in person, message them via your Finding Retreats inbox. This creates a record we can see if it escalates.
3. Contact Finding Retreats support
If the issue is serious (safety, accuracy, refund-worthy), contact support with photos/notes. We respond within 24 hours, faster for day-of-travel issues.
Emergency
For medical or safety emergencies, call local emergency services first. Then notify the host. Then notify Finding Retreats.
