Download your data, deactivate or delete your account

Request a copy of your data, temporarily deactivate, or permanently delete your account.

You have three privacy options for your data: download a copy, temporarily deactivate the account, or permanently delete it.

Download your data

  1. Open

  2. Click

    Request a copy of my data

    .

  3. We'll email you a download link within 30 days. The export is a ZIP with bookings, messages, profile info and reviews.

Deactivate

Deactivation hides your profile and listings from public view but keeps everything recoverable. Reactivate anytime by signing in again.

Delete permanently

Permanent deletion removes your account and personal data. Some information is retained for legal/financial reasons (e.g. payment records). This cannot be undone.

  1. Open

    Delete account

  2. Choose

    Deactivate instead

    or proceed with deletion.

  3. Confirm on the next screen.

Tips

  • You can't delete the account while you have active future bookings — cancel or complete them first.
