Platform position
Refunds default to the host's listed cancellation policy.
Service fees are refunded if the host cancels or the booking is invalid.
Refunds go to the original payment method, in 5–10 business days.
Force-majeure cancellations get full refunds — case-by-case.

If you can't resolve a refund with your host, contact Finding Retreats support. We mediate within 7 business days.

Chargebacks bypass our dispute process and create extra cost for everyone. Please try our support first — we can almost always resolve faster.
