Report a safety incident at your retreat

The process for reporting an incident to Finding Retreats and what we do next.

If a safety incident happens at your retreat — guest injury, medical event, conflict — report it to Finding Retreats within 24 hours. Even minor ones.

Why we ask

  • We track patterns across hosts to catch venue or activity risks.

  • We support you if the incident escalates (complaint, legal).

  • Reporting protects you. Hiding incidents that surface later is worse than reporting them up front.

How to report

  4. Attach any documentation (photos, medical reports if disclosed).

  5. Submit. A safety specialist contacts you within 24 hours.
