A declined payment is almost always solvable. Here are the most common causes.

- 3-D Secure verification
— your bank may require you to confirm the charge via app or SMS. Look out for the verification screen.
- Country mismatch
— billing zip/postcode must match your card's country.
- Insufficient funds or daily limit
— common on debit cards. Try a different card or call your bank.
- International blocks
— some banks block overseas charges by default. Call your bank to authorise.
- Card expired
— update your card in account settings.
What to do
Try the same card again — many declines are transient.
If it fails twice, try a different card.
If both fail, contact your bank and ask if Finding Retreats charges are being blocked.
