How accommodations and rooms fit together
A retreat has an accommodation. An accommodation has rooms. Each room has its own price. That is the whole model.
Accommodation
The property guests stay in: an entire unit such as a villa, or a place with multiple rooms such as a retreat centre or guesthouse. It carries the address, facilities, an overall capacity and up to 20 photos.
Room
A unit guests can book inside that accommodation. Each room has a type, private or shared use, how many guests it sleeps, its own facilities and up to 20 photos with alt text.
Price per room
Every room has a nightly price in your currency, with date ranges for seasonal rates and a minimum and maximum stay. Guests book a specific room type at that price.
Six room types, private or shared
Pick a type, mark the room private or shared, and set how many guests it sleeps. Add as many rooms as the property has.

Pricing per room type
Price is set on the room, not on the retreat. A dorm bed and a private villa on the same dates can carry different prices, currencies and seasonal rates.
- One nightly price per room, in the currency you choose.
- Add date ranges with their own nightly price for high and low season. The lowest price across your ranges is the base price shown to guests.
- Set a minimum and maximum number of nights per room. The defaults are 1 and 30.
- Choose instant booking or booking on request for each room separately.
- Guests browsing in another currency see your prices converted to their display currency.
