Accommodations are the properties guests stay in. A single accommodation can be linked to multiple retreat listings — useful if you run several retreats at the same venue.

Open accommodations

1. In your dashboard, click

   Accommodations

   .

2. You'll see every accommodation you've added.

Add a new accommodation

1. Click

   Add accommodation

   .

2. Fill in name, address, accommodation type (villa, retreat centre, hotel block, etc.), check-in/out times and amenities.

3. Upload exterior + common-area photos.

4. Save, then add rooms (see "Add rooms to an accommodation").

Edit an existing accommodation

Click the accommodation to open its detail page. All fields are editable. Linked listings update automatically with any structural changes.

Tips

• Accommodation amenities (pool, sauna, beachfront) show up on the listings linked to it — set them carefully.
