Before payment, Finding Retreats asks for a few practical details so the host can prepare for your arrival.
What we ask for
Full legal name (as on travel documents).
Contact phone number with country code.
Emergency contact name and phone.
Estimated arrival method and time (if known).
Dietary requirements and allergies.
Update later
If your plans change, open the booking from your dashboard → Trips, click the booking and choose Edit details. The host is notified automatically.
Tips
Arrival time and method aren't required for booking — fine to leave blank if you haven't booked flights yet.
