* 07:30 - 09:00 - Morning yoga practice - 10-minute morning pages journaling, pranayama, asana, and meditation
* 09:00 - 09:30 - Breakfast
* 09:30 - 13:00 (with 15-minute break around 11:00) - Lectures and interactive learning - Each day different subjects including yoga philosophy, history, esoteric anatomy, etc.
* 13:00 - 14:00 - Lunch break
* 14:00 - 18:00 (with 15-minute break around 15:45) - Breaking down poses, alignment, teaching practice, anatomy and physiology
* 18:00 - 19:00 - Dinner
* 19:00 - 20:30 - Reading, self study, informative videos/movies, discussions, conscious communication, journaling, vision board

These nourishing, soul-warming meals with locally-sourced, fresh, delicious ingredients are lovingly prepared by an experienced, local chef who has travelled the world creating nutritious and heart-centered dishes. The chef prepares food for any diets, intolerances, allergies, and lifestyles. Meals are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free friendly with options for meat as well.

Please book your flight to arrive at either Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or Quepos La Managua Airport (XQP).
A shuttle from the airport to the house in Manuel Antonio is around 190 USD each way. If you are interested in this option let them know so they can try to get you in a shuttle with a few other people, so the 190 USD would be split amongst everyone on board.
The Sansa flight from SJO to Quepos is around 100-130 USD each way, but these flights are sometimes canceled last minute due to the weather. Soul Root Collective provides transportation from the Quepos Airport if you choose this option.
Tracopa Bus is the cheapest option at around 12 USD one way. You have to take a bus or taxi to the main bus station in San Jose, then take the bus from San Jose to Manuel Antonio, so it ends up being more than 12 USD.
